Futures Terms & Conditions

  1. Futures are sold in 12 or 6 bottle quantities, the latter quantity being assessed a $10 repacking surcharge.
  2. Many wines are available in limited quantities, and prices are subject to change on a daily basis.
  3. Payment in full must accompany order. [Shipping charges do not apply until arrival]
  4. Wines must be picked up or delivered within 90 days of notification of arrival.
  5. Due to Commonwealth of Massachusetts regulations we are only allowed to ship within the State. If you are ordering outside of Massachusetts, it is your responsibility to arrange for pick-up.
  6. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
  7. All orders are subject to final confirmation.
  8. The customer is responsible for any and all additional taxes, should they be levied, between the date of sale and delivery.
  9. Futures are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
  10. We do NOT ship in OWC, however; arrangements may be made for the separate shipping of the OWC at an additional cost.
