Orders are shipped promptly. Expect delivery of in-stock merchandise within 4-10 business days, unless you are otherwise notified. Overnight shipping is available. During the holiday season, we ask that you order early for best selection and prompt delivery. For more detailed information, please see the shipping section.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

You can place your order entirely by telephone. Simply make note of the items you would like to purchase. From within the US and Canada, please call us toll-free at 1.800.474.2449, Monday thru Saturday, during the hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST. Customers outside these areas can call us at 1.413.504.6091 during the same hours to place orders.

PAY BY PERSONAL CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

You can pay by Post Office Money Order or personal check drawn on a United States bank. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 fee. Use the shopping cart to gather your items, select checkout when you are finished, and provide all shipping information. Instead of clicking to submit your order, simply print the form on your personal printer and mail it with your personal check or money order to us at , 1119 Riverdale Street, West Springfield MA 01089. We can arrange for COD orders. Please do not send cash if ordering by mail.
